PhotoForge 2 is billed as the definitive photo manipulation software for iOS. It is pretty good in that it lets you edit full res photos, create composite images and add some amazing effects and filters. Sadly, it's missing some essential basics like rotation. Could be fantastic with some tweaks.

iSupr8

8mm film brought right up to date. iSupr8 is a video-recording app which evaluates each pixel and adds effect based on old-skool film. The process produces an authentic vintage feel with options to add a dirtier/cleaner look, send via email or Facebook and more. Complex but worth figuring out.
