This app claims to rate your ugliness on a scale of 1 to ten after taking your photo. It's one of those apps which is fun for a few minutes but doesn't have any lasting appeal. I've had a giggle with friends, but I'd much prefer if it was free!
The console phenomenon has expanded to iOS and Activision have done a fine job of it. The app version supports existing Skylander toys - just enter the web code from your cards and off you go. This is no watered-down mobile rehash; this is a new kind of awesome!
I really enjoy games like Dragon Fly and Tiny Wings, collecting power ups and completing quests while you time your landings perfectly. Sadly, Unicorn Dash isn't quite up to the standard of its competitors - the graphics and UI let it down a bit too much.
Colosseum involves training and upgrading your paladin and using various weapons and skills to defeat monsters in an arena. Killing the monsters earns you money for upgrades. I normally love RPGs but have been a bit disappointed by this - it's fun to start with but then gets quite repetitive.

Tying in with Facebook game, Cityville, this app involves helping Santa to rebuild the North Pole. A blizzard has scattered the elves and you need to tempt them back with a great town and save Christmas. It's a good game, just watch out for in-app purchases.
No,it's not too early! This app is a fantastic interactive storybook, telling the tale of how Charlie Brown and his chums try to discover the true meaning of Christmas. It's narrated by the original voice of Charlie Brown, has excellent interactive features and even an educational aspect for the kids.
