R-Type

Old-skool arcade shooters were fantastic and R-Type aims to reintroduce them. Featuring 8 levels, 3 control options and the weapon upgrades and powerups you would expect, it's doing a good job on first glance. The only problem is touchscreen means your thumb obstructs the view. Not good in a shooter!
