NBA JAM
NBA JAM was a firm console favourite of mine as a teenager so I was hugely excited to see a mobile version! With over 30 teams, 3 play modes and all the features from the much-loved 90s game, it's a wonderful trip down retro gaming memory lane. Boomshakalaka!

The Avengers are finally getting together in the movie world and this comic book app is keeping me entertained in the meantime. Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Ant-man and the Wasp star in the interactive story, with several reading modes and hidden content. Not just for kids!
Temple Run
Now that you've stolen the cursed idol from the temple, you need to run for your life to escape. Swipe your screen to turn, jump and slide as you navigate the temple, collecting coins and power-ups and avoiding obstacles. New characters unlock as you progress. It's pretty sweet!
Draw Something
Draw Something has become a total hit over the past week or so, nearly everyone I know is playing it! Play against a friend or random opponent and take turns drawing and guessing. More difficult clues award better scores if guessed correctly and coins can be traded for extra colours. Awesome!!

Osmos
Named as iPad Game of the Year for a reason, Osmos is a fantastic game. A combination of physics, survival and classic eat em up, it's already a popular PC game but has been perfectly redesigned for iPad. Smooth controls, 2 game modes and 72 levels.
